AEIN (Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal) is seeking a dynamic consultant or team of consultants to co-design and facilitate our Annual Partners Capacity Building Meeting, taking place 5–6 November 2025 in Puri, Odisha, India.

This 2-day workshop will bring together AEIN’s partners from Nepal and India to:

• Reflect collectively on AEIN’s draft 5-Year Strategy (2026–2030)
• Identify joint thematic priorities for the next framework proposals (education, livelihoods, youth, child protection, empowerment)
• Strengthen integration of gender, child rights, and disability inclusion as strategic commitments
• Explore partners’ capacities, geographic synergies, and strategic partnerships
• Discuss resource mobilization, sustainability, and exit strategies
• Produce actionable commitments and a roadmap to guide AEIN–partner collaboration in the coming years

📌 We are seeking: Experienced facilitators with a strong track record in strategic planning, participatory training, gender & inclusion, and holistic/community-based development approaches, ideally with experience in South Asia.
