AEIN (Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal) is seeking a qualified evaluator (individual or team) to conduct a Mid-Term Evaluation of selected projects under its 2024–2026 Framework Agreement, implemented with local partners in Nepal. The evaluation will be carried out between October 2025 and January 2026, with field missions planned across multiple provinces of Nepal (Bagmati, Sudurpaschim, and Madhesh).

📌We are seeking:
Experienced evaluator (individual or in team) with a strong track record in independent evaluations of gender equality, governance, human rights and community-based empowerment projects in South Asia, preferably Nepal, with contextual understanding.
