It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Liliane Ries-Leyder, Honorary President of AEIN, on 29^th November 2024. With her departure, we have lost not only a dedicated and cherished member of AEIN but also a compassionate soul whose kindness touched the lives of many.

Liliane was a true friend, always ready to lend a helping hand to others, even as she faced an incurable illness with courage and grace. Her unwavering commitment to the values and mission of AEIN over more than 50 years has left an indelible mark on countless projects and lives in Luxembourg, India, and Nepal.

Liliane, your warmth, dedication, and spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
