Puja Chaulane and her husband are police officers from Kohalpur, Banke. In her 16 years as a police officer, she dealt with a lot, but nothing came close to the challenges and anxiety created by the current pandemic. While most of the nation was under lockdown, as a police officer, working from home wasn’t an option. She had to be close to the communities affected by the virus and work under the looming fear of catching it herself. Since both Mr. and Mrs. Chaulani were working at the police station, keeping their children and families safe from the virus was the toughest part of it all.
